PRCV × Lab4AI Jointly Launches "Paper Replication Creator Recruitment Program" V2

To further promote the practical transformation and widespread dissemination of academic achievements, the Chinese Conference on Pattern Recognition and Computer Vision (PRCV), in collaboration with Lab4AI, a platform of platinum sponsor Alaya NeW Cloud, officially launches the "Creator Recruitment Program". Leveraging the Lab4AI (https://www.lab4ai.cn/paper), a dedicated PRCV2025 Paper Replication Zone will be established. We encourage researchers to transform cutting-edge research papers into runnable case studies—complete with comprehensive documentation, supporting online debugging—and thereby bridge the full chain from “paper → code → teaching → dissemination → incubation”.

1. Target Participants

This program is open to all registered attendees of PRCV 2025, including but not limited to:

    • Faculty members, postdoctoral researchers, and graduate students from universities and research institutions

    • Researchers working in computer vision, pattern recognition, machine learning, natural language processing, and related fields

    • Technologists and engineers with algorithm implementation capabilities

    • Educators teaching AI-related courses who wish to incorporate hands-on teaching resources

2. Tracks and Incentives

Notes:

    • Participation in the Core Track, Creative Track, and Teaching Track are non-exclusive—you may join multiple tracks simultaneously.

    • We encourage participants to not only submit replication cases but also actively promote them.

    • Participants will continue to enjoy a series of Lab4AI membership benefits, including result promotion, AI paper toolkits, computational resource subsidies for paper replication, access to research incubation funds, and discounted computing resources.

    • This program is completely free of charge.

1) Core Track: Paper Replication Submission
Objective: Create high-quality, "out-of-the-box" replication templates to lower the learning barrier for future researchers.
Content Requirements: Select 1–2 papers published within the last three years at top-tier international conferences or journals such as PRCV, CVPR, ICCV, ECCV, NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR, ACL, or AAAI (authorship is not required). Fully replicate the core algorithm and showcase it on the Lab4AI platform.
Special encouragement is given to replicating papers accepted by PRCV 2025, which will be featured in the dedicated PRCV 2025 section on Lab4AI.
Technical Standards:

    • Provide complete, executable code and environment

    • Include a clear README document detailing environment setup, data preparation, training, and inference procedures

    • Support one-click launch and debugging on the Lab4AI platform

    • Visualization of results, and result analysis are highly encouraged

Support & Rewards: Each approved replication case will receive 800–1000 RMB in high-performance computing credits per paper.

2) Creative Track: Content Sharing & Promotion
Objective: Promote the social dissemination of academic achievements through diverse formats.
Content Requirements:

    • Paper Explainer Articles: Write accessible technical summaries (text + images, or text + images + code) that help beginners understand the core ideas and implementation details of selected papers.

    • Live Webinars: Be invited to share your research, replication experience, or research insights in a Lab4AI official live stream (each session approximately 30–60 minutes).

Support & Rewards:

    • Live stream + article submission: Over 2000 RMB in computing subsidies (allocated based on content quality)

    • Self-promotion (e.g., posting on GitHub, Zhihu, Bilibili, etc.): Additional sharing rewards in computing credits

3) Teaching Track: Course Co-Construction Program
Objective: Build industry-academia-integrated practical teaching resources to advance AI education in higher education institutions. The platform provides backend high-performance computing resources, enabling students to start experiments with one click.
Content Requirements: If you are teaching an AI-related course, you may submit lab exercises suitable for undergraduate or graduate students. Submissions should include:

    • Course syllabus and task descriptions

    • Datasets

    • Code templates and grading criteria

    • Optional instructional videos

Support & Rewards: Each lab exercise successfully published on the platform will receive over 1000 RMB in high-performance computing subsidies.

3. Participation Process

Creators must follow the steps below to register, create, and submit their work. Full technical support and Q&A services will be provided to ensure a smooth and efficient creation process.
Core Track Participation Process:

    • Scan to Register: Before September 30, 2025, scan the QR code below, add the assistant on WeChat with the note: [PRCV Creator], join the official creator community, complete registration, and obtain the detailed participation guide.

    • Topic Proposal: Submit basic information about the paper(s) you intend to replicate or share.

    • Technical Onboarding: The platform will provide standardized templates, development documentation, and technical support to assist with environment setup and code migration.

    • Submission & Review: Upload the complete project to the Lab4AI platform. An expert panel will conduct functional validation and content review.

    • Reward Distribution: Upon approval, the case will be officially launched, and the creator will receive computing subsidies and a certificate of honor.

Creative & Teaching Tracks Participation Process:

    • Scan to Register: Scan the QR code above, add the assistant with the note: [PRCV Creator], and join the official creator community.

    • Coordination & Alignment: Contact designated staff in the official community to discuss your proposal for the Creative or Teaching Track. Once agreed upon, prepare the required materials (e.g., articles, live stream content, or course components).

    • Delivery & Integration: Submit your article, live stream materials, or course components.

    • Reward Distribution: Upon successful delivery, rewards will be issued.

The final interpretation of this program rests jointly with the PRCV Organizing Committee and Alaya NeWCloud’s Lab4AI (lab4ai.cn).
